Limerick Training Workshop
Presence and Relationship: A Gestalt Approach
Workshop Content: The aim of this workshop is to give participants an oppurtunity to experiment with being ‘present and embodied’. We will do this by supporting awareness of the flow of our attention as it moves within ourselves, ie.,pyhsically emotionally cognitively and between ourselves and our clients as we focus on the moment by moment creation of the therapeutic relationship.
Methodology: While there will be some discussion of Gestalt concepts this aims to be an experiential workshop. It will include exercises that will ask participants to focus on awareness in the here and now and to share this in small groups with other participants.
This workshop will be held in the Strand Hotel Ennis Road, Limerick on Saturday 16th april 2011, 10 am to 5.30pm. The cost will be €95. This does not include lunch

Dublin Gestalt Centre offers training and personal development workshops from time to time.
