Suzanne O'Reilly

Suzanne O’Reilly

Suzanne trained as a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist with Dublin Counselling & Therapy Centre and is an accredited member of IAHIP.

As a humanistic and integrative therapist, Suzanne believes that each person is unique and has the innate capacity to heal on an emotional, psychological, spiritual and physical level.

She believes that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of therapy and offers clients a warm welcoming space that is based on acceptance and is free of judgement. She believes that it is through this unique and trusting relationship that healing and change can occur. Thus, leading to the possibility of greater personal freedom and self-fulfilment.

Suzanne mainly works from a person-centred approach and includes Mindfulness, Relaxation, Gestalt and Sensorimotor techniques as appropriate.  She also enjoys working with dreams, art, symbols and writing.

In addition to working in Dublin Gestalt Centre, she has also worked with clients in Dublin Counselling & Therapy Centre, The Women’s Therapy Centre and Dublin Rape Crisis Centre.
